Thumbnail not downloading — what do I do?
First, make sure the YouTube video is public (not private or age-restricted). Try a different quality button (HD or SD if Max fails). On mobile, long-press the preview image and tap "Save Image." If still broken, email us with the video URL.
Font copied but doesn't show correctly on Instagram?
Some Unicode fonts don't display in all apps. Try a different font style — Bold, Script, or double-struck usually work everywhere. Fraktur and Zalgo styles may show squares on some older Android devices. Boxed styles (🅰🅱) work best for Free Fire.
